What is an Open Rehearsal?

The Voices Unheard Ensemble invites you to the Duxbury Public Library a week early! To hear us perform and rehearse works for our concert for the first time in the library.

An open rehearsal is as much entertainment as it is educational. It is an opportunity for audiences to come and see how this music process works and for the community to get a sneak peek at the performance!

Audience members are encouraged to raise their hands during the rehearsal should they have any questions regarding the rehearsal process. They are additionally invited to participate in a brief discussion at the end of the rehearsal. This is an incredible enrichment opportunity for young musicians to meet and hear incredible music written by women, and performed by professionals.
